Every message is read the same working day. Institutional and Data API enquiries are answered first, usually within one working day; everything else normally within two. We would rather tell you that than claim an hour we cannot hold to.
If a figure on the site looks wrong, say so. Corrections are the fastest thing we act on — the coverage report exists so anyone can check our work.
We cannot give personal investment advice, recommend what to buy or sell, or manage money. Investo is a research tool, not a broker or portfolio manager.
Data API access, coverage questions, licensing, or an evaluation for a desk. Tell us the symbols, the fields and the frequency you need — that is usually enough for a straight answer.
Interviews, data for a story, or a distribution partnership. We will say what we can evidence and decline what we cannot — including where our own coverage is thin.
Something broken, a number that looks wrong, or an account problem. A disputed figure is the most useful message you can send us — include the symbol and what you expected.
